Demo day, lifetime deal on Uneed, and huge contest on Writizzy.
Thomas Sanlis
Hey everyone 👋🏻
Another big day in terms of work, and especially in terms of results!!
I spent a large part of the day working on Writizzy, trying to get the first complete theme ready for the launch of our #14Posts14Days contest at the end of the day.
Spoiler alert, I failed 😅. I'm almost there, but there's still a bit of work left: I'll finish it tomorrow. I'll tell you more about Writizzy below!
Other than that, my day was pretty nice. Monday means we had demos at the Hacker Residency at 6pm, and we got an overview of everyone's projects and progress.
As always, I'm absolutely amazed by the talent, energy, and speed of the other Hacker Residency members!! Some ship faster than an experienced dev team 😭
During my demo, I talked about Writizzy, but also about Uneed's new Black Friday offer, the Lifetime Launch Pass, which, I must say, is going well:

The best part is that not only is most of the day not over yet, but I also haven't mentioned this deal on Twitter yet, these sales just came from the newsletter 😭. Can't wait to wake up tomorrow and see the numbers haha!
Anyway.
After the demos, Travis gave us a talk about introductions: how to get introduced, how to introduce others, why it's important, etc.
It's something I don't master at all, it was interesting to get insights and the perspective of someone from SF :).
Let's talk about Writizzy!
In the meantime, the contest is officially launched on Twitter, and you can already participate! The concept is simple: if you post and share 14 posts in 14 days on Writizzy, you'll win a year of premium access.
Why are we doing this when the product is neither launched nor finished?
Mainly to get feedback, to test the core of the product, to understand our users' habits and needs.
Here's our roadmap for the coming weeks for Writizzy:
Writizzy is not an ordinary "indie hacker" product. We're in it for years, even if traction is slow to come. We're going to implement tests. We're starting from a solid codebase. We're taking our time.
That's all for today, see you tomorrow, as usual 👋🏻
Thanks for reading!
