Hacker Residency: Day #4

WHAT A DAY!!

I'm sleeping better and better, I think I'm almost over my jet lag. That's good news for my productivity 👀.

I believe my new morning routine is settling in:

• Wake up at 8 am
• 30 minutes at the gym
• Breakfast buffet facing the sea at the hotel
• 20-minute walk to the villa
• Deep work until 12:30 pm

Pretty nice if you ask me 😊.

Today was a special day, as I launched the new version of Uneed, Uneed Community!
I launched it on Product Hunt, on Uneed, in the newsletter, on LinkedIn, on X... Basically everywhere 😂!

The day isn't over yet (it's just getting started for Americans!), but the results are already really cool:

• 3,000 unique visitors on Uneed
• $650 in revenue
• More than 100 posts in the community
• 1st place on Product Hunt and on Uneed

But enough talk about numbers and projects!

Late in the afternoon, we had the chance to witness a magnificent sunset on the villa's rooftop:

Then shortly after, Rob organized a live stream on X. 11,000 people participated 🤯!! I spent a few minutes on it just to prove I was there haha, but I admit I was already starting to get tired, and I didn't have enough confidence to say much 😅.

Other than that, we're starting to organize quite a few activities at the villa, and I'm honestly over the moon, because tomorrow and the day after we're doing my two favorite sports: badminton and cycling!

Tomorrow, it's a bike outing to enjoy the sun, and Thursday it's indoor badminton.

Otherwise, I'm thinking I might suggest a cooking workshop one of these days: what do you think about teaching them how to make crêpes 😎🥞??

Tomorrow, we'll talk a bit more about my products: I'd like to share my thoughts on the future of Uneed Community, and share the complete launch results with you.

And of course, there will be some photos of our bike outing!! 🚴🏻
